TERMS OF SERVICE
> I accept payment in USD, over PayPal.
> I will take 50% of the payment up front, and 50% upon completion of the product.
> I am not open to payment plans.
> I will give a refund IF a life emergency comes up and I am not able to complete your work within five weeks. The amount of the refund will depend on how much I have completed.
> If I decide a character’s design is extremely complicated, I may increase the price.
**Do’s and Dont’s**
> I draw light NSFW/suggestive art, but nothing depicting sexual acts/genitals. Light gore (blood and cuts) is okay.
> I draw anthro/furry characters, human(oids), and backgrounds. Mecha is not my strong suit, and I will not be paid to draw it.
**Client’s rights and use**
> Client may do whatever they want with the art, as long as they credit me and don’t monetize/make money off of it.
> My art cannot be used commercially, or to train AI. It cannot be used in conjunction with any NFTs or crypto, or other similar scams.
